HOW TO GET STARTED:
1. Please contact me via phone or email to set up a complimentary phone consultation. During this call you will share why you are seeking therapy, I will introduce my practice, and together we will determine if I am the best fit to address your needs. If we don't think working together is an ideal fit, I will refer you to a different therapist, agency, or service to best meet your needs.

2. We will set up an initial appointment which will be an intake assessment. We will use this time to gather more information about your history, as well as strengths and preferences. This will allow us to collaboratively create your treatment plan.

3. Following sessions will take place weekly, or more frequently as needed.
