WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

SAFETY:

Entering a therapeutic relationship is a risk, taken with the hope of a better life experience.  When working with me, you can expect a non-judgmental and supportive approach, a warm and genuine personality, and an environment of gentle challenge and safety.

Information and emotions shared during sessions will be respected and protected with the utmost confidentiality.

GROWTH:

It is important to expect growth. Our work together will be focused on solutions, using evidence-based practice. Our treatment plan will be designed around your strengths and interests. Together we will effectively work towards your goals, developing positive tools, patterns, and habits to live your best life.

I am sensitive to the cost and time commitment of therapy and will work to maximize your effort and progress. You can expect to address the issues that brought you to therapy, while finding integrity and authenticity in your communication, and strengthening your connection to yourself and others.

GENERAL EXPECATIONS:

Sessions are 50 minutes in length. When family therapy takes place, the length of sessions will be discussed and typically extended to 80 minutes.

My hourly fee is $150. Please call me to discuss how best to bill your insurance or submit claims. I am committed to working with you to maximize your insurance benefits.

HOW TO GET STARTED:

1. Please contact me via phone or email to set up a complimentary phone consultation. During this call you will share why you are seeking therapy, I will introduce my practice, and together we will determine if I am the best fit to address your needs. If we don't think working together is an ideal fit, I will refer you to a different therapist, agency, or service to best meet your needs.

2. We will set up an initial appointment which will be an intake assessment. We will use this time to gather more information about your history, as well as strengths and preferences. This will allow us to collaboratively create your treatment plan.

3. Following sessions will take place weekly, or more frequently as needed.
